Color-coated steel coil, also known as colored coated steel sheet coil, is a composite material made by using cold-rolled steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, etc. as base materials, undergoing surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion), and then applying one or more layers of organic coatings (such as polyester, silicone-modified polyester, fluorocarbon, etc.) through continuous roller coating, and finally curing through baking. Color-coated steel coil = base material + coating layer (optional) + chemical conversion layer + coating.
